Disney+Hotstar is hiring an experienced Recruitment MIS Analyst (Fixed Term Contract) to work with them remotely. As a Recruitment MIS Analyst, you will provide analytical input to support the Talent Acquisition team.
The complete details of this job are as follows:
Provide the data insights to optimize the performance of Recruitment team and manage them for maximum cost-effectiveness
Provide support to the Lead Recruiting Operations Analyst in building, analysing, and maintaining all TA reporting
Assist in providing key data insights, internal and external dashboards, and reporting functions to all the Recruiters across the BU’s
Preparation of weekly manpower report and quarterly recruitment plan
Preparation & maintaining recruiting financials
Design & prepare key metrics, KPI and SLA to demonstrate performance of the Recruiting team
Participate & liaise with stakeholders on various recruiting projects
Support in ad-hoc reporting requests
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
Must have exposure to HR / Recruitment function with minimum 3-4 year’s relevant experience as an MIS Analyst
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience in Excel formula’s (Macros), Advanced Excel reporting, dashboarding on Power BI
Knowledge of Workday / other ATS (e.g. Lever) will be an added advantage
Well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day-to-day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders
Proven skills in Recruitment database management and record keeping
Strong organization skills
Strong attention to detail.
